what you’ll get / faq

We will set up a consultation to discuss your thoughts on group size, tastings, games, location, questions, concerns, etc. The experience will be catered to you and your group so don’t hesitate to come with many questions!
I will reconnect with you 3-5 days later to confirm what we discussed as well as send over an estimate for your confirmation.
Once that is confirmed, I will send you a contract for you to sign as well as a charge for at least 50% of the total, this is required to hold the date/event.
A week prior I will contact you to check in on any last minute questions/concerns as well as charge for the remaining invoice total, if applicable.

Do I need to have experience with wine in order to do a tasting?
No! Not at all. You can be completely new to wine, or familiar. These tastings/games are versatile for either.

Can I negotiate my estimate?
You are welcome to change, add, remove any services after the estimate is sent based on preference. The price of the services cannot be negotiated.

Can I pay my entire invoice upfront?
Yes. If you would like to pay up front you are welcome to. You will still receive a confirmation email one week prior to address any questions or concerns.

What is the cancellation policy?
You are able to cancel up to two weeks in advance to receive your full deposit back. Because of the personalized service created for each group, anything later than that point will be able to cancel; but will not receive their full deposit back.
